- Create and follow your Personalised Attunement Plan for lasting change
HOW IT WORKS
This is not a generic health programme. It is a holistic, science-based, and practical approach to wellbeing, delivered in a safe, supportive, and uplifting space.
Each week you will:
- Join a live 60-minute interactive session with one of our experts
- Learn strategies you can use straight away in your day-to-day life
- Take away simple, effective actions that build lasting change
- Connect with like-minded women and share your journey
You will also receive:
- Weekly resources and materials to deepen your learning
- A private one-to-one session with either Kate Pigeon-Owen or Clair Mackenzie to review your Personalised Attunement Plan, help you overcome challenges, and guide you in applying everything you have learned to your life
We will be with you every step of the way, guiding, encouraging, and celebrating your wins.
