This episode is all about what I call 'Last Chance Eating'.
It's the eating that we do in anticipation of going on a diet or planned future restriction of our eating or food choices.
It might look like that last chance take-away when you come back from holiday before you're 'good' next week. Or it might look like treating yourself at the weekend, because you're starting a 'new diet' on Monday. Or it might look like having that glass of wine or pack of crisps this evening, because tomorrow you're going to 'stick to your plan'. Notice the diet mentality language and thinking.
