Conversations around ‘food in the house’ that hinder weight loss have come up a few times this week in both private and members Academy coaching conversations, and whilst none of these conversations were anything to do with having sweets or chocolate in the house for Halloween trick and treating, I thought it was a good time to talk about this topic given that it is Halloween next week. And not only is Christmas on the horizon, but Christmas foods are already available and sometimes with compelling offers to encourage us to buy them early.
